Suzie Terry is a life-long entrepreneur. In her early twenties, she started a corporation with her sister and their partners at the time, of five restaurants that successfully grew to twenty-two franchised restaurants operating out of her office.  After fourteen years, she sold the franchises which allowed her to create a gourmet catering company and design her own restaurant. 

In addition to being a savvy restauranteur, Suzie’s entrepreneurial nature led her down several additional paths.  The real estate industry was a natural fit for her and she has now been a realtor for over  35 years having her license in 2 states and 2 countries.

She loves traveling and has been on 34 cruises so far.  While not traveling or working, Suzie enjoys entertaining her family and friends in her beautiful home with all sorts of homemade gourmet creations which is another one of her passions.

She went to High school in Mexico City hence her love for Mexico and moved to Cabo in 2019 and continued her real Estate there.
